Do you have to pre book?
Yes we accept advanced pre- bookings to ensure you receive the best quality that silver service offers.   Minimum 1 hour advanced bookings required.

Do you receive confirmation on the booking?
Whether you book a cab via phone, sms or online you will receive immediate confirmation of your booking by phone or as a text.

What methods of payments to you accept?
All methods of payment accepted – Cash, Eftpos, Cab charges and all major credit cards.

Do you offer return pickups?
Yes. When we drop off customers to the airport, whether for business or for personal travel, we always obtain return flight details to ensure that a silver service cab is waiting for you on arrival at agreed meeting point. This means no longer waiting at a taxi rank for cab!

Can I hire the taxi for a private tour?
Yes at a set rate a private tour for traveling visitors, whether around the main sights of Melbourne to special events or to wineries for a few hours or for the day can be arranged . We can schedule something to suit your requirements.

I have an important parcel that must be delivered can you handle this?
Yes*. We can pickup and deliver any small urgent parcels or documents securely and safely.  *Payment will be required upfront for this service

Do you have maxi cabs in your fleet?
No.  Our fleet consists of luxury sedans to sit 4 passengers
